🔷 Hero Section
What you’re about to read is not a portfolio.
It’s a running record of how I think about learning, systems, people, and technology when organizations are trying to make things work at scale.
These are field notes from real work:
  • turning a family business into a data-driven operation
  • building a scalable executive functioning program from scratch
  • designing learning infrastructure that supports real people doing real jobs
If you’re here, you’re probably less interested in what I can build and more interested in how I think.
You’re in the right place.

🔶 About Section
How I Work
  • I look for where people, process, and tools are out of alignment
  • I map what actually happens, not what documentation says happens
  • I design systems that make the right work easier and the wrong work harder
  • I turn scattered ideas into operational infrastructure
  • I build learning that supports performance, not just completion
